Provided HERE is the Commission’s finalized opposition letter to AB 399, which is being provided to all 40 Senators today. A big THANK YOU for the tremendous response to the Commission’s online petition, with 327 of you adding your names. In addition, thanks to our partner organizations who joined with us in opposing AB 399. The Senate reconvenes on August 14, 2023, at which time AB 399 could be called for a vote. Commission staff will be in Sacramento when the Senate returns to session and keep you posted as events occur at the Capitol.
